You at least chuckled, became tickled pink. There is no denying the humour of the image, no matter how un-PC or deeply disturbing it is. Now, laugh with us! Fly over the cuckoos nest... ;P

Paul, It could not be from that high up. The internal parts are all still intact! But yes you must be sick today. "I will find a new sig someday."

High up...? Looks to me like the poor bastard is pukeing after to much partying. /Magnus

Had not considered that angle. Makes me remeber that 8th gold fish that gets stuck in your throat. It keeps wiggling and a few seconds latter he has saved them all. "I will find a new sig someday."

Just think about it for awhile. It was REALLY funny to watch (and sick.) The younger generation just does not have the same college traditions anymore. :) "I will find a new sig someday."

Frat party. One guy had to much, decided he was hungry and ate the gold fish nearby. The 8th one got stuck in his throat and you could see it wiggling! He did not keep them all down very long. You just made me think of it. "I will find a new sig someday."

Ok ok, i admit i found it a little funny. :) But i also find it disturbing in some strange way that i cannot put my finger on. ...maybe i should already be in the cuckoo nest. :~ /Magnus

_Magnus_ wrote: But i also find it disturbing in some strange way that i cannot put my finger on. I never said I did not find it disturbing, in fact it's very disturbing qualities are the qualities that made me laugh. I guess to me it was disturbing because it hints at, and sets you up for, an expectation of seeing a real person having plunged to his death. Death is disturbing. Maybe when you see it is just an egg with daft faces painted on them you are so relieved and caught so unawares that you laugh. If it had actually been an image of a real person dead, guts spilt on to the ground I certainly would not have laughed. Maybe some people find those "horrific accident injuries" sites funny, I just feel sick and leave. Who really knows. The fact of the matter is I laughed but also felt disturbed. It is part of our makeup, a perverse makeup, but nonetheless very human and real. Nothing to be ashamed about.

Ahhh the truth emerges. Deep repressed childhood trauma is surfacing in the shape of a split egg posted on the CP Soapbox. You should seek therapy... ;) I know what you mean though. Every now and then you see things which shouldn't really affect you, but do and quite deeply. Memories of childhood come up. Most of the time it just confuses us, sometimes we learn from it though.
