I'd say so. Given Phelps has to stay on public land, get the requisite licenses and stay within local ordinances, they're typically quite a ways away from the actual funeral and need to go through some trouble to get there. What they're saying is repulsive, disgusting and appears to be little more than attempts to brainwash their own children. Which if any other idiot in America can do it, short of proving harm done, there's no reason they can't.

For someone that is so big on "the truth" you sure don't bother checking it out. The Westboro church has no "little old ladies." Zero. They are essentially the extended family of Phelps. Daughters, sons and their spouses were brainwashed and are members of his congregation. Almost no one outside his family is in that congregation. Next time, do a little research. Oh wait, nevermind.
