Web Dev forum. no topics shown

Just wanted to check out the Web Development forum and it shows only 1 topic. (Want to display images from database with thumbnails but I have errors) When I open it is shows the message and also the rest of the topics. When I try to open a reply or topic I just get the first topic again. 2nd page seems fine. Is this just me or did something go wrong somewhere?

Nope same for me. I believe this message[^] is messing with the layout of the forum.
