This example from a recent topic demonstrates the methodology. Guaranteed to win all arguments or your money back. :-D FB's Assertion: Did you know mankind has created more species than he has directly wiped out? Poster's Response: Really? Please provide the evidence... FB's Reply: How many species of plant and animal has man created through selective breeding in the last 10000 years? Followed by further assertions with no supporting evidence. Ignore any salient comments in subsequent posts. Argument won - QED.

Reminds me of the talking bomb in Dark Star - don't know why. :)

If only logic and reason were what arguments were based on.

So, lets start with YOU telling us how nany species man has directly wiped out?

Another example of the methodology at work. You jump in with a question that is actually irrelevant to the point I'm making. Look at the (lack of) logic the method illustrates. And, to reiterate a point I've made before, you consistently make claims that you fail to support. BTW I've made no claims at all about the number of species either created or destroyed by man. I haven't the faintest idea of either number but I'm sure you are going to point me at some respected research that will give reasonable estimates. After all you are the one making the claims about such numbers not me. A few names of man-made species would not go amiss either. :-D
