    Yes, I do get the email as soon as someone comments, but only when the article is new. No email is sent by CP system after few days/weeks of article publishing - when someone comments on the article (or replies to a comment). Kindly look into it.

      There's no difference in the code whether it's a new or old article. Have you checked your spam filter and added us to your white list?

        Well, the notification mails are sent from same email address, right? So, it can't go to spam folder selectively. Yes, I have checked. I do check the Junk mails too. I don't believe it is the cause. Try commenting on any of my old articles, and I am sure I wont get mail. Try this[^] for example, for which I did not get ANY email after "break point from debugger into debugge, how?" comment that was made on 30 Jan '10. :((

            Yes, I have received "test" message for the comment you made. But, why would I lie? :doh: To make my assertion true, check out most of good articles of anyone. The late comments received do not get replies from the author. The reason is same, the author does not get the notification mail for those delayed comments.
