plagiarizing by MVP

Take a look of given two of same question(pattern same) posted before 3 month-Answer 1 First Answer[^] posted today-Answer 5 Second Answer(Blame)[^] is it right to plagiarizing of someone answer in CP. if so then no one will care about plagiarizing. I don't know what CPians think about my question but I need answer of my question soon.

Ho!!! Thats some post... I was totally unaware of. Firstly, I did respond back to you some 8 hours back, here[^]. Then, I just saw few comments right now and responded back again. I can maximum apologize and delete my answer if that satisfies you. Though I had/have no intention to pick someone else work and show as mine. I would appriciate, if you tell me also (directly) from next time if you have any issues with me.
