No source. But think about it. What has GW done so far? More people are looking into reducing reliance on Oil - which is something you'd also want to do if you just hate the Middle East. The global CO2 market is also nice - to me it seems like a desperate attempt to get money back from China.

I saw a segment of Al Gore's movie where he is in a "sit-down" with the energy industry leaders of china, and he was spouting stupid platitudes of course, but that was his goal, IMO. You are sort of right, then.
