Are you sure that's the right link? It looks more like a tutorial on how to build desktop applications with the Eclipse RCP rather than how to build a JEE enterprise application. I haven't read it all the way through, that's just based on a quick glance, but I didn't see any mention of anything that I would expect to see in a discussion of JEE (servlets, EJBs, persistence, JDBC, and all that gubbins).
