VB window disappears.

Hello, I have a VB dll which is invoked from VC client. VB dll is a COM component and it displays a form to input data. The problem is that most of the times, whenever the user clicks the mouse outside the VB dialog, the from goes nehind the vc frame. the VB form is loaded as modal still it happens. Any suggestions.
