What userlist, are we supposed to guess what it is you are trying to obtain?

Why is that, are you attempting to hack into this site? Your question is so vague as to suggest that whatever you are trying to do is either illegal or, at best, unethical. If you have a valid reason for extracting publicly available information from this site then explain exactly what it is and people will try to help you.

the thing is am a student in Nairobi Institute of Technology and am doing an undergraduate degree course in Computer Science and me and my pals kinda had bet on who is the better computer wizard than the other... and my challenge waz to get into that site that i have posted here... thats kinda it... so please help....

So you are trying to hack into that site; not only that but you bet your friends that you could do it, and then expect someone else to break the law for you. You will get no assistance from anyone on this site, I'm afraid. Don't forget also that the management of The Kenya National Examinations Council[^] will have no trouble in identifying you if you do happen to break in. Enjoy your time in jail.
