France. Come to think of it, it might be worth complaining about "The AGW conspiracy" at every turn if that's how you end up: Good wine, excellent food and ladies with a certain .... I don't know what. The other option is banned: He had a spat with a regular in the Lounge where he eventually crossed the anti-abuse line, this is why he took the drop IIRC.
