They must be linked to this account; http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=7395375[^] Check the single article, what it is based on, and also a couple of the messages at the bottom. Something fishy going on..........

While investigating the above stated allegations another account has crossed my sights which seems to be linked to this sham: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=7614616[^]. That member also links to the same website as the article and also left a high vote for that article. His whole activity here on CP seems to revolve around this "free component", which in my opinion is a very strong indicator that something fishy is going on. Cheers!

Growing thicker by the minute. I thought while I was at it I'd try to spy around some more just to have this account show up in the plot: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=7665205[^]. This little spammer asked questions in Q&A trying to get people to evaluate "The Component" for him/her. He was also voting on said article. All activities can be linked to "The Component". If this gets any fishier I'll have to put a clothespin on my nose! :) Cheers!

It turns out this component is also listed in the CodeProject catalog as "Commercial"; http://www.codeproject.com/Catalogs/3777/Spire-DataExport.aspx?PageFlow=Fluid[^] This component appears to be listed all over the place. Did a site specific google search; "Spire.DataExport site:codeproject.com" and it returns heaps of results.
