Spam in signatures

This thread[^] in Free Tools seems to be gradually filling up with short, nondescript messages by users with advertising links in their signatures.

To be fair, a lot of members have links in their sigs, it is an acceptable practise.

True, but in that thread it looks like blatant advertising - three of the offenders' accounts have already been deleted.
