Running batch files as Windows services

Hi folks, I tried a few tools to convert batch files to Windows services with no success, do you know of any free tool to make a batch file running as a Windows service? I appreciate your support. Thanks, ...Alex

If it was me I would just write my own. If nothing else shows up you might investigate how Tomcat/JBoss/ActiveMq work. Those are java apps which are run via a batch file but installable as windows services. So they must be using something.

Try using AUTOEXNT application (was provided with NT resource kit).
