    Can Signature be added automatically while replying to the question or even reply on comment ? If not then can we have this as Future Feature ?

      No, not at present. And I suspect that the answer will be "No" to having it as a future feature, for the same reason that the Smiley list is not displayed for answers or comments - they are there for forums, where things are a bit more informal, rather than Q&A where the aim is to be professional and help, rather than entertain.
