Need help on windows server 2003 domain controllers

hi My name is Nataraj, Im working as a system admin for a small org. In my office we have 2 window server 2003 domain controllers ( 2 different domain controller ). my questions are how do i create trust relationship between 2 domain controllers. how do i creat a global user. pls note that the domain controllers are not primary and secondary domain controllers.
