      look here[^] WebBoxes - Yet another collapsable control, but it relies on a "graphics server" for dynamic pretty rounded corners, cool arrows and unlimited font support.

        I'd look for "Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0" from Wrox Press. Most of the examples use VBScript, unfortunately, but then so does most of MSDN. It's a great introduction, and goes well beyond the usual Beginner level in content. It also happens to be very well written, unusual for programming books.
