a) here.[^] b) 1) I think there is a real threat that we have encouraged him to actively support any surrogate terrorist interested in doing so... 2) Given the impact 9/11/2000 had on the stock market, I would have to agree that ANY MAJOR terrorist event would likely do more damage, but I would not put this as No. 1. 3) At least caution. 4) above 5) Was not a part of the speech, but an answer (ill thought out IMHO) to a reporters dumb question. The speech itself was rather brief and innocuous.
