Well I'm using the german version, so I hope it's translated corretly, otherwise my answer might be wrong. There is no template Enterprise - there is just a templategroup "Enterprise" with the templates "Documentcenter", "Dataarchive", "Business Intelligence Center", "Enterprisesearchcenter", "My Webhostsite", "Fast Search-Center". There templates are available for new WebSiteCollections from the centraladministration.
