Bug when report an article

Hi, When i am trying to report http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/ArticleVersion.aspx?waid=34786&aid=453389[^] article as "Extremely poor quality" , exception occur. Next time again i visit the page and report an article. its working. Not able to reproduce again :(

We've just done a site update so weirdness would have been expected for a couple of minutes.
