Tag List Page - pressing on any tag displays active QA

on the tag list page I guess it displays all the tags and its associated QA. but on clicking the link it displays latest QA filter/my filter content and it does not display the items as marked by Tag Name[number]' Any pointers on how the link displayed on the tag list page[^] works.
