See here[^]. That's a library that implements VNC, and you can use it in .NET; you'd still have to write a client to use it.

You could use DotNetVNC/[^]. A similar question has been posted in here before[^]. You might want to use the search function before next time. Or you use VNC#[^], as Eddy mentioned before.
