I'm guessing that they'd probably be treated in exactly the same way as if an Iraqui ship was trying to block the port (i.e. they won't be too nice about it) -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

invite press, board it, take control in an Army-but-friendly way, making sure the Greep's come along as nuttos, then send the press home, and shoot the ship out of the water.

Maybe they could sink a couple of tankers in the estuary and make it a more permanaent effort? :~
