I was downloading some source code (about 3 mb) on relatively poor and heavily data restricted internet connection, and just about the time the download was going to finish, the connection got disconnected. On trying to resume it, my DM found that resuming not supported. but I recall, previously resuming was working fine. Proxy issues or CP download server got moved into an old HTTP 1.0? Re-downloading is not annoying but, on a slow data-capped connection (which I'm forced to use sometimes), it is a nightmare. DM = FDM 3.9
