Why I can not publish my article?

I want to take participate in Intel App Innovation Contest 2013. I have written an article for that, but I am getting below error while publishing. The content is either too short or default. http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/SubmissionWizard.aspx?aid=637517[^] I have fulfilled all conditions and added all required content for the contest. Am I missing something? Please if any of you have privilege for the same, please submit it or tell me about the reason. Thanks Sanjay
