ChangePassword controll doesn't work

I can't get the ChangePassword controll to work. Do you need to configure it after draging in the controll? Is this system with Web Site Administration Tool still used?

Realized that I had to be logged in (of course) to change the password. Stupid of me.. Anyway, is this the way you create login in a real world application?
