Depends on the report type: "Abuse" and "Spam" are different votes, and you need 5 of one type IIRC.

Hmm. I always thought the shown number corresponds to the reported type. And spam should be reported as spam and not as abusive (maybe another thing for a sticky post).
It's pretty easy to "miss" and get the wrong one - particularly on a tablet.
