Getting notyfied about Sugs'n'Bugs

After I have published the article mentioned a few threads below, Michal has decided to test the Sugs'n'Bugs functionality - I discovered the task[^] by accident, and probably have overlooked it if I didn't want to have a quick glance at that new menu point. A notification in the new Messages area of CP would be great, something amongste the lines "XYZ added a new Bug or Suggestion to your Article ASD". Email would be even greater, and can be turned of if the Member doesn't want to receive emails.
