    Anyone else following this story? Turns out that someone in the GOP hired a telemarketing company to jam the phones of a Democratic get-out-the-vote call last November (and possibly other similar phone-related hijinks in 2001 and 2000, too). http://www.politicsnj.com/kornacki021003_Raymond.htm[^] -c
