Yeah, as you may have guessed my post was sarcastic and I'm playing devil's advocate. The two opposing sides now, protestors and ant-war versus the Bush admin have got so far apart that there appears to be no middle ground left. Honestly I don't trust neither GWB, Saddam or Chirac or Putin etc, they all have there own agendas. For crying out loud, lets remember Iraq has Oil reserves ! Regardz Colin J Davies

BUT: North Korea doesn't have oil, but they have nuclear weapons and plutonium. Now, explain the difference, i don't get GWB's statement... X|

If Saddam has weapons of mass destruction and he allows Al-Queda to attack the free world. There is a chance that some of my family could be killed. So what are these protestors playing at ? Don't they realise that this is a real life and death situation, not some stupid political game. These protestors are just as dangerous as any terrorist or maniac running through the streets with bombs strapped to their bodies. Regardz Colin J Davies

You want sarcasm? If I sneeze into the North Wind I may cause a hurricane to destroy a forgotten village in on island in the Indian Ocean, but I didn't see many spear throwers chasing me to the Post Office this morning. :~ Other than the usual...

There is a chance that some of my family could be killed. 1. there is no proven link between Iraq and Al-Q. 2. there is a better chance you will be killed by a drunk driver than by a terrorist attack. 3. Al-Q will probably attack the west regardless of the situation in Iraq. 4. 9/11, the Bali nightclub, the Tokyo subway attacks, the OKC bombing, the Pan Am flight over Scotland, the first WTC bombing and so on all happened without Iraq's help. most of those happened without anything you could call a "WMD". some of them happened using technology from the 60th century BC (ie. knives). 5. there are a half a dozen other countries in the middle east who are definitely responsible for terrorism against the US, Israel, Bali, etc.. GWB isn't planning to spend half a trillion dollars on invading and occupying them. 6. many people in the mid-east probably see GWB vs Iraq as a modern day Crusade against the mid-east and Islam (not helped by GWB actually calling it that). these people are the ones Al-Q will recruit to defeat the great satan. 7. How many will totally innocent civillians will die because of the invasion? 8. do you remember who was behind 9/11 ? -c
