Then kick him until he stops laughing, or point out he's replaceable... My wife is 4,11 (but always insists 5,0) and I wouldn't dream of making fun of her (ahem) shortcomings - she might decide to do likewise with me, and while my height is not an issue, I'm sure she'd be able to find something else...
