Two observations .... CBS hmmmmm, seems ol' Dan Rather has a REAL hard spot with the Bush's huh? I remember about 10 years back or so a real heated converation between ol' Dan and the oldr GB.. Dan really loves to try to stick it to them. The more interesting note is did you see that Saddaam says he doesn't intend to destroy the missles. Its gonna get a lot harder for the French to argue that inspections are working when the Iraqi's refuse to abide by their findings. "Yeah th inspectors found VX gas and botulism and anthrax and nuclear materials. And yeah we told him to destroy them. But honsetly just because he is loading it into freighters and crop dusters is no reason to think he's going to hurt anyone...." I can see that one coming already.:wtf: Uptight Ex-Military Republican married to a Commie Lib - How weird is that?

I'd really be interested to see that. Especially as I get the impression that Saddam's arguments would come over as far more rational and articulated than Bush's would (after all, Saddam may be utterly evil, but nobody's ever accused him of being stupid) I was talking to a friend in America the other day about the 911 attacks, and was really suprised to realise that the small nugget of information that the hijackers held valid US pilots licenses wasn't mentioned at all in the US news (it was mentioned quite clearly in the UK) - I guess such information would give Americans the wrong idea about their country, or something :| [edit]..sits back and waits for the stream of "how dare you be anti-American" flames...[/edit] -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

In fact this was brought up time and time again here in the US from the beginning as investigators began looking into the fact that many of the hijackers attended and (graduated ?) from flight schools. ¡El diablo está en mis pantalones! ¡Mire, mire!
