      What exactly do you want?

There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

I've never heard of it. Usually when there are samples they will explain where the database is. It's likely the Northwind database, which you can get from here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb399411%28v=vs.110%29.aspx[^]

The article says it's part of the download.

Right, which means you're stuck. Try seeing if there is contact information on that page.

The download link isn't completely dead - it's just got a stray "." at the end of the URL. The correct link is: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=199841[^] which redirects to: https://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/Project/Download/FileDownload.aspx?ProjectName=aspnetmvcsamples&DownloadId=13522[^] Unfortunately, the archive.msdn.microsoft.com site is timing out for me at the moment. It might be a temporary problem, in which case it could come back at any time.
