British House Of Commons Backs Blair's War Stance vs Blair Suffers Major Party Revolt Over Iraq Two visions of the same event. Isn't it possible to be objective when about political events ?

I thought the whole thing was hilarious - it's about the only time I can remember enjoying politics. So sad it is on a topic that actually matters a rat's arse for a change, but still, anything to make that sob lose sleep is fine by me. Maybe Uncle Sam George could let him borrow some of his PR people - they seem to be doing a slightly better job of it over there.

Spin nipS The media really is the 4th Estate of Government. You can see how easy it is for them to alter the public perception of events. Regardz Colin J Davies

Somewhere in the last 50 years we lost the values of absolute right and wrong. Almost everything could be right, if someone likes it - and if he pays, it can't be wrong.

Agreed:) And throw in the fact they are talking about politicians who will seldom make a direct statement. So to really understand you have to read between the lines and you (they) are free to do that how ever you (they) want. "I will find a new sig someday."

Its simple - a lot of Labour MPs voted against Prince Tony despite a lot of effort to bully them into going along. Maybe a protest by 2 million people influenced this...... The tigress is here :-D
