Remember that online application form I mentioned below? Turns out it was a great idea and worked very well. Got far less nuts than usual. Also let us screen out people based on actual code they provided and the Carefully Thought About Questions. :) Seriously though it helped and I would recommend other companies do it when needing new recruits.
