Can we have something similar as with articles where people with the right amount of reputation can still see deleted messages / questions. When I go to report someone I often want to verify that the person truly deserves it, but most of the time the message / question is gone. As it is now, more than once we have to go on the judgement of the person posting the link in the spam forum. Just occurred to me, this might already exists but I might not have the needed reputation, if that's the case just ignore this. :)
