    Dear friend: I see you message.I am very happy to read it and Thank your help.I know there is not very clear to my question.I describe it again.I am a chinese student,my English is not very good,so I try my best to let you know my mean.If you don’t understand ,I will write to you again. My Email: zx8@sina.com We have the framegrabber but it’s not my focus,because I make the software of Pattern recognition,so the hardware is not my business J My work is use VC++ to make a software to actualize the orientation of the car’s nember of a image.It’s find the location of the car’s nember tag in the image.It’s not distinguish the car’s nember,it’s been done by another one.My location is hard to distinguishL There are about three functions,they are… 1. the location of the Gray scale space In a Gray scale space,there are many different figure,because the most nember card has simile venation. In the Gray scale space they are simile show and change.so we can analyse the figure of Gray scale find the nember card’s location.It will use artificial intelligence network’s BP arithmetic. 2. Sharpening \Boundary detection and grads 3. Gray density and Boubdary density 4. Analysing the color distributing and hue space because the nember tag is pure color like black white and blue. Now the biggest difficulty in my way is I can not find the VC++ code of these methods,if you can find some,plese let me know. Thanks Your zox
