Hi, This Article[^] seems to be copied from MSDN site with minimal modification. Original Article: Attributes Overview[^] Should it be considered as plagiarized, as full paragraph in middle is a copy paste? Moreover, it seems to be too less and incomplete information to be qualified as an article.

A closer look reveals that the more than 60% of the article text is copied, not just 1 paragraph. Small modification in text just saved him for some time. I have also reported this author.
