Get PrimaryKey column name by using its IndexName

Hi All, I have IndexName of the PrimaryKey column, which is unfortunately name same with the PrimaryKey column name in my case, is there any way I can get the Primary Key column name by using the IndexName? Any help a code snippet, a link or even a suggestion would be very very helpful, thanks in advance.
