Hehe  On a more serious note, I think I'm quite lucky in that I don't personally have any hang-ups about sex or sexuality - I don't get embarrassed by nudity, sex or masturbation and the only reason I bother putting anything on if I'm naked and someone comes to the door is that I don't want them to feel uncomfortable. It's kinda nice feeling that way - and it also means I can quite happily talk openly about sexuality, sensation and feeling with friends. Of course I'll only open up like that if I know they feel similarly! Anna :rose: Homepage | My life in tears

With one minor exception in that I do tend to wear both top and bottom clothing unless I am either in bed or the shower, I am much the same. Then again, I'm not entirely sure if my friends aren't simply not shocked because they are just used to me... It's quite astonishing how very different we are with all this with our families, colleagues and close friends. I'd never dream of explaining to my dad how to find the male g-spot, for example, and at work I'm sure I'd get some really funny looks, but I must have gone through that with almost all of my friends now (at their request I hasten to add), and am even a relationship and personal health counsellor to one! My family think's I'm the prodigal son, my colleagues think I am either a tourtoise or a god, and my friends think I'm some kind of madman. Persoanlly I like to think of myself as a random mixture of all three. ;)

If it's warm and I'm relaxing in the morning or evening I'll quite often wander around naked or topless. Unfortunately being in a shared house restricts my mobility somewhat at those times though! I never did really understand why most guys don't talk about sex together - they're honestly missing out by not doing so. Maybe it's down to social hang-ups - most guys seem to be aghast at the suggestion that I might own a vibrator! I've certainly learnt a lot about my sexuality and how I feel about it through talking to girlfriends. It's a shame not everybody feels they can do that. Anna :rose: Homepage | My life in tears

Personally I just say "like it or suck it" - usually gets the message across in plain and simple terms, and then the conversation can continue. I have had two people actually say to my face that they respect me for that, which to be honest I find chillingly absurd. Why wouldn't you want to talk openly to your friends - what's the point in being friends else?! Sure getting pissed together is great fun, but you need to have something deeper than that or you'll just drift apart.

It's rather daft isn't it? Fair play for ignoring social pressures an speaking out. :) Anna :rose: Homepage | My life in tears
