Articles Menu Access

When I hover my mouse over the articles menu header it drops down and I see all of the options. But as soon as I move my mouse down the first option in the list is Chapters and Sections...it pops up a new menu list over top of the articles list...I can't seem to find a way to click any of the links on the articles menu because that one always pops up in front of it. I use google chrome. Maybe there is some setting I should change, or something? Thanks.
