    Ouch ? [^]

«Differences between Big-Endians, who broke eggs at the larger end, and Little-Endians gave rise to six rebellions: one Emperor lost his life, another his crown. The Lilliputian religion says an egg should be broken on the convenient end, which is now interpreted by the Lilliputians as the smaller end. Big-Endians gained favor in Blefuscu.» J. Microsoft must be kicking itself that it acquired (and wrote off 7.6B) the phone business and not Nokia's patents.

Well, if there are, I'd bet that our little planet is a "no-go" zone. :wtf:

The paragraph goes on, but yes. I don't care if you blow it all on hats, $2,000,000,000 does "seem" like a lot of money.

Wait. Are there even any animal species that are based on cooperation versus competition? Cuz I thought that was Evolution and Darwinism. if that is built into the animal, then it probably just coming out in economics too. The wolf eats the lamb, the lamb eats the poor grass. One company eats another. it's all Darwinism, right? So, it's the natural order of things. It's natural, all the way down to the cells. It's all good. :) It'll be difficult for your cells (programmed by Darwinism) to not respond to this one.

As much as I detest Apple, the concept of signing a deal to partner for ongoing development with Nokia is an interesting departure from their usual "acquire and absorb" strategy.
