Hi, I need a report to print to a file rather then to the printer when a user clicks on the Print option for the report I am using MS Access 2000. I have tried the dialog box thing but I would like it to happen with out the user knowing it. Is there a way when a report is "Printed" to send it to a file. The reason for this is so that a PostScript file may be made, then from that PostScript file create a PDF file for Email. Thanks William O'Malley
