Last time I saw it in the pending queue it had 18 votes, so I assumed most of them were for either Very Poor, or Incomplete. It seems the majority must have been Approve. :sigh:
Mine was definitively for "extremly poor", but as he is "lead in IT company" :sigh: :sigh: might have some minions giving him support
