Missing random board links from community menu

Logged in this morning and on the main page I could not find "The Weird & The Wonderful" or "The Soapbox" under the community menu. Once I went to the Lounge, they displayed properly. In the bug/sugs board I only see the Soapbox and Non-English ones. Secondly, didn't the Bugs & Sugs used to be under the help menu? Now it is under discussions. Only found it when I went into the DevTools and searched the code.
