This is real. A certain person who lives in a certain-coloured house is making such a show of what negative and deceptive behaviour does that the zeitgeist is moving in the opposite direction, out of the knowledge that we can all behave that way -- and the realisation that we don't want to be like that. I've actually heard a "tinfoil-hat" idea about this: "It's a ploy by Microsoft to make their next Tay not go completely racist within seconds." Another alternative was that Tay was turned off a few years ago, and Zo is very strictly told "not to use those words"! So all they're measuring is their own chatbots causing less offensive language than before.
