Ctrl + Right Arrow doesn't work

Ctrl + Right Key now takes me to the sticky thread instead of the next post. This used to take me to the next message earlier. This is very frustrating, as I'm forced to use the mouse to navigate to the next message while reading through a thread. :(

I can confirm this - Using Firefox 60.6.1esr on windows 10. All ctrl+xxx shortcuts seem to act weirdly, doing nothing at all or jumping to the previous posts/sticky posts at the top of forums.
