1 solution for a question, but showing only solution 2

Hi, I saw that for a question in: https://www.codeproject.com/Questions/5162820/Css-wont-work-after-changing-button-tag-to-a-tag there is only 1 solution, but its saying solution 2 instead of Solution 1.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something? May be first solution was deleted but 2nd solution is not changed to "Solution 1".Life is a computer program and everyone is the programmer of his own life.

Spam nuked solutions or user own deleted answers get vanished in nirvana, counter remains untouched though There are questions (buzzwords for spammers) with more than 20 answers with only 2 or 3 being shown
