As much as we could discuss the quality of this publication, this is neither spam, nor abusive content. A (constructive) comment to the tip/trick would be more efficient for everyone: the author, who could get a chance to stand for his work and/or refine his publication, and the readers, who could learn from exposure of distinct points of view.

You are right. Just the idea of posting an empty class seems to be valueless.
