Trying to build a team quickly for a project

I am a developer who recently started working on my own, and I've come across some projects that I can't handle by myself. What resources would you guys recommend for finding / putting together a team of remote developers to join me on these projects?
You could try Freelancer.com. But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

I can suggest these guys: https://partners.300brains.com/ I have worked with them and they do a good all-around job, and they have a good program to cooperate with US and European developers. Not sure how much you know about Poland as an offshoring destination but it's rising fast.

Building an excellent team is kinda challenging task. Anyway if you start finding people on your own it's better to look for professionals with deep expertise in their fields. You can actually start collaborating with developers from software agensies since they're experienced in creating different solutions: Saas products, 3D graphics, loan management systems. Their experience could help you handle your project's issues faster.
